Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers & all others)

If you are based in the European Union (and all other regions we ship to), you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account and submit a return or cancellation request. We will process your request and confirm receipt promptly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. We aim to issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items. 

Return Shipping

You will need to cover the cost of return your item, purchase a second class stamp and write our address on the envelope, pop it in a post box. 

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription order before it has been fulfilled. To request a cancellation, log in to your account and submit a cancellation request.

Subscription Orders

Please note that once a monthly postcard envelope has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled for that month. Future subscription renewals can be cancelled at any time before the next dispatch date.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
